We guarantee that your painting leaves our warehouse within ten business days of your order. After that, shipping times depend on your location.

Because each painting is custom, once you approve your digital preview, returns and refunds are not available.

Yes. After you place your order, we’ll send you a digital preview of your painting. You can request adjustments to this preview before we begin the painting process. If you are still unsatisfied after the revised preview, we offer a full refund. Once the preview is approved, full returns are not available.

Portraits are shipped unframed, allowing you to choose a frame that best suits your space. Framing options will be available in future upgrades.
