We offer up to 5 revisions of your portrait preview, if you are still unsatisfied, we'll refund your credit card. Once you select a preview, we'll craft your portrait and deliver it to your door! Once it's delivered, all portraits are non-refundable.

We currently offer small, medium, and large portraits in square, landscape, or portrait formats. Detailed dimensions and pricing are available on our order page.
How long does it take to receive my portrait?
We guarantee that your painting leaves our warehouse within seven business days of your order. After that, shipping times depend on your location.
Can I return the painting once I receive it?
Because each painting is custom, once you approve your digital preview, returns and refunds are not available. See our full return policy.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. After you place your order, we’ll send you a digital preview of your painting. You can request adjustments to this preview before we begin the painting process. If you are still unsatisfied after the revised preview, we offer a full refund. Once the preview is approved, full returns are not available.
Are the portraits framed?
Portraits are shipped unframed, allowing you to choose a frame that best suits your space. Framing options will be available in future upgrades.
