Return Policy

At K9 Craft, each portrait is crafted with love and care, capturing the unique bond between you and your pet. Our artists collaborate with you to ensure your portrait is something you’ll treasure for years to come.

Preview & Revisions

• Before production, you will receive a preview of your portrait.

• You'll be able to suggest revisions during the preview stage to make sure the artwork reflects your vision and your pet’s personality.

• If you decide the portrait is not right during the preview/revision stage, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

Production & Approval

• Once you approve the preview, production begins. Since each portrait is made to order, no cancellations or refunds are allowed after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your portrait arrives damaged or the wrong product/size is sent, we will replace it at no cost. This is the only situation in which a refund is offered after preview approval. Please contact us at support@k9craft.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it promptly.

Photo Guidelines

• We create portraits directly from the photo you provide. Please upload high-quality images following our guidelines.
